My Step Foundation's response to COVID-19. $200,000 has been allocated for medical supplies

08 April, 2020
The My Step Foundation has donated $200,000 for the purchase of vital medical supplies (clothing, masks, goggles, gloves, mantles, insulators and insulated clothing) as part of the fight against COVID-19. The special flight, coordinated by the RA Rapid Response Coordination Office, will arrive from China to Armenia this evening and next week.

The My Step Foundation would like to express special gratitude to its great friend and philanthropist Christine Simone for supporting this decision and donating the whole amount needed, as well as to all the donors and partners of the Foundation for their combined efforts.

In making this decision, the Foundation was guided by the imperative of strengthening the primary and most important element in the fight against the pandemic, as well as the need to strengthen the health capabilities of our country in the long-term.

In the current situation, more than ever, the Foundation is committed to its mission of nurturing educated, healthy and caring individuals and society through public health, social welfare, education, culture and environmental programs. This is not only a guarantee of long-term development, but also of overcoming crises with minimal losses and damages.
