The Foundation has received 113 applications, which have been thoroughly reviewed by the Selection Committee. Culture centers have been selected based on specific criteria, namely the organization's past activities, overall capacity and human resources, community’s and/or partners’ willingness to make financial and non-financial contributions to the project, and development and youth engagement plans.

The program includes two components: human resource capacity enhancement and technical capacity enhancement, based on identified needs.
